Warranty:
All standard films we sell and install have a lifetime warranty. All specialty films are warrantied under the manufactures warranty with labor warrantied for 1 yr unless otherwise stated at time of sale. All customer supplied films are warrantied for labor only for a period of 90 days from install.
Glass Damage and Breakage Disclaimer
Window film is applied to existing glass. Metro Window Tinting is not responsible for any glass damage or breakage, including thermal stress cracks, seal failure, or other glass failure, that occurs during or after the installation of window film. Glass can fail for many reasons, including existing defects, edge damage, improper framing or installation of the glass, age, and temperature changes.
Impact Glass and Low-E Glass: Applying window film to impact-resistant glass, low-emissivity (Low-E) glass, or insulated (dual-pane) units may affect the manufacturer’s warranty or how the glass performs. If you have impact or Low-E glass, we recommend that you check with your window manufacturer before having film installed. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that window film can be applied without voiding any existing window warranty.
By authorizing installation, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
